On the way, you have chance to see the property of the villages located along the two banks of the Red River Dykes and the lifestyles of dwellers. Come to Bat Trang village, we will visit ceramic gas oven to know how to make beautiful ceramic products. The next stop is Dong Ho traditional paper village, here they make “giay do” paper and paint it with traditional designs.All of paper is made by hand, and some, still in the traditional way with all natural products. Return to Hanoi for a Vietnamese lunch. After lunch, we will visit Van Phuc silk village which is a great place to see silk cloth being produced on the loom. The families here have been producing fabrics for centuries. There is a showroom where you can buy silk by the meter, much more exciting that buying it in the shops! Arrive in Hanoi around16:00.

DAY4 – Breakfast serve at the hotel. 07:30 departure. The pleasant drive to Tam Coc takes two and a half hours. Along the way take photographs of local villages and the surrounding landscape. On arrival in Tam Coc Town, board your private sampan boat. For ninety minutes your private oarswoman / man will take you down the Ngo Dong River. Pass through the three caves that made Vietnam famous in the French film ‘Indochine’, Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Cuoi. On the way visit Bich Dong Pagoda, experience “xe trau” – very interesting transportation using buffalo’s pull, the temple offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Back in Tam Coc Town to enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch. Following lunch drive to Hoa Lu to visit the temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and Emperor Le Dai Hanh. The ancient Hoa Lu Citadel once covered an area of three square kilometres. In the afternoon journey back to hotel.
