Name/s are required to be entered in the details section of the quick inquiry form and is formatted as:
SURNAME/FIRSTNAME GENDER (Age is required only for senior citizens and infants)
e.g. SUMIBCAY/MERCEDES MS -89 years old

Please Note:

1. Adult - Gender should be MR for male and MS for female
2. Child - Gender should be MSTR for male MISS for female
   
3. Senior Citizen - Gender should be MR for male and MS for female. Age is required upon reservation and the OSCA ID is required on issuance and check in
   
4. Infant - Gender should be MSTR for male MISS for female. Age is required for reservation and Birth Certificate on issuance and check-in
